After lots of travelling around the world, improving & adapting techniques, I’m bringing this opportunity to develop your animation to my home at London City Island! We will focus on enhancing natural human movement for your character animation.

I ran my first such workshop here on the ‘Island’ earlier in May. It was an intimate, rewarding week, having dedicated one-on-one animation time whilst enjoying the unique location. For years I’ve been developing many new approaches to make animating the human body easier to understand & apply.
In exploring my most successful exercises, I’ve designed this 5 day course to maximize what can be learnt in a short time frame. It’s based on common issues people encounter, specifically aimed to create natural organic character animation through a puppet.

& speaking of puppets, we’ll be using the new Stickybones puppets! Renowned for their revolutionary articulation & flexibility. I’ve also had especially made heads with eyes to allow for extra facial performance!
